º La reducción simplemente nominal del capital social de una institución financiera inscrita en el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, que puede ordenar la Junta Directiva de dicho Fondo, deberá mostrar la situación patrimonial real de la entidad respectiva de acuerdo con el informe que presente la Superintendencia Bancaria.
