Ley 9 de 1952 · Por la cual se adicionan las Leyes 101 de 1937 y 42 de 1945, sobre Servicio Nacional de Medicina Legal

De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el parágrafo del artículo 2º de la Ley 153 de 1948 , inclúyase en el Presupuesto Nacional para la vigencia fiscal de 1952 la partida correspondiente para atender al pago del nuevo personal que allí fue creado; así como también las partidas necesarias para el pago de los cargos y auxilio decretados por la presente Ley.

Parágrafo

Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para hacer los traslados correspondientes en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia a fin de atender el pago de los cargos creados por la presente Ley y el auxilio con ella contemplado.
