Contabilidad y control Fiscal. La Contabilidad del Fondo será llevada por el Pagador del mismo y el control fiscal será ejercido por el Auditor de la Contraloría General de la República, ante el Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico conforme a las normas que al efecto expida aquella Entidad, teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza y finalidad del Fondo.
