ARTICULO 34

Libertad de tránsito.

Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en sus leyes y reglamentos relativos a las zonas de acceso prohibido o limitado por razones de seguridad nacional, el Estado receptor garantizará la libertad de tránsito y de circulación de su territorio a todos los miembros de la oficina consular.
