Quórum . El Comité podrá deliberar con la mitad más uno de sus integrantes y las decisiones se adoptarán por consenso, salvo situaciones excepcionales en las que el propio Comité considere necesario decidir por votación, en cuyo caso la decisión correspondiente se adoptará por mayoría simple de los asistentes.
