Decreto 4579 de 2008 · por el cual se autoriza a la Nación – Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público – para realizar la capitalización de la Empresa Urrá S.A. E.S.P. hasta por la suma de un billón doscientos trece mil ciento veintisiete millones ochocientos cuatro mil pesos ($1.213.127.804.000) mediante la conversión de parte de la deuda en acciones ordinarias de la empresa.
