Con el fin de estimular el cumplimiento voluntario de las obligaciones tributarias por parte de los contribuyentes, el Gobierno Nacional, en los reglamentos, podrá reducir la información tributaria de la declaración de renta para aquellos contribuyentes que incrementen su tributación en los porcentajes que al respecto se señalen. El Gobierno señalará, mediante reglamentos, las condiciones en virtud de las cuales, se garantice a tales contribuyentes que la investigación que da origen a la liquidación de revisión, debe provenir de una selección basada en programas de computador.
