Los recursos del Fondo de Fomento Cauchero al momento de su liquidación,, quedarán a cargo del Ministerio de Agricultura y su administración deberá ser contratada por dicho Ministerio con una entidad gremial del sectoragropecuario que garantice su utilización en programas de apoyo y defensa del caucho.
