° Adiciónase el artículo 2° del Decreto 120 de 1993 con el siguiente inciso: En caso de que las Confederaciones de Trabajadores a que hace referencia el inciso anterior no presentaren las ternas de candidatos, éstas se solicitarán a las asociaciones de trabajadores afiliados al Instituto, legalmente constituidas.
