° Como medida de profilaxis urgente, los cultivadores de la Zona Bananera del Magdalena procederán, dentro del término máximo de quince días, a contar de la fecha del presente Decreto, a cortar de las plantas de banano las hojas atacadas con las manchas de "sigatoka" o "chamusco" y a destruirlas, bien sea incinerándolas o bien enterrándolas en zanjas de profundidad mínima de sesenta centímetros, de acuerdo con lo que determine el Jefe de Sanidad Vegetal.
