El artículo 34 se reforma así:

"Art. 34. El Jurado electoral distribuirá en listas parciales, antes del 15 de Abril, la lista general según el orden alfabético para los efectos del artículos 38.

"De las listas parciales se sacaran cuatro ejemplares; uno para conservar en el archivo, otro para la Junta Electoral del respectivo Distrito Electoral, y los otros dos para que sirvan en las votaciones, se remitirán a los Jurados de votación respectivos."
