De la Red Regional de Monitoreo del Recurso Hídrico. La autoridad ambiental competente, implementará en su respectiva jurisdicción la Red Regional de Monitoreo, con el apoyo del Ideam y el Invemar, en el marco del Programa Nacional de Monitoreo del Recurso Hídrico.
