La Secretaría Técnica de la Comisión Nacional Ciudadana para la Lucha contra la Corrupción será designada por los representantes de que trata el artículo 66 de esta ley. La Secretaría Técnica de la Comisión Nacional de Moralización será ejercida por el Programa Presidencial de Modernización, Eficiencia, Transparencia y Lucha contra la Corrupción. Este programa deberá apoyar las secretarías técnicas en lo operativo y lo administrativo”.
