Para la construcción de las obras de que trata el artículo anterior, destínase la suma de ochocientos mil pesos ($800.000) que se incluirán en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, o Presupuestos subsiguientes, facultando al Gobierno Nacional para verificar, si fuere necesario, las apropiaciones y traslados del caso para el pronto cumplimiento de la presente Ley.
