De las multas que según la ley contribuyen a formar los fondos de la Caja de Auxilios se dará noticia inmediata a la Junta por el empleado o la entidad que las decrete, con el fin de que el Cajero Contador reclame el valor de ellas.
De igual manera se procederá en el caso de indemnizaciones, contrabandos, fraudes o irregularidades cuyo valor deba ingresar a la mencionada Caja, según lo dispone 1a ley.
