Calificación definitiva. La calificación definitiva del desempeño de los empleados es el resultado de la evaluación correspondiente a: i) el período anual con la ponderación de las evaluaciones parciales, si las hubiere y ii) de la evaluación extraordinaria.

Parágrafo

Si no existiera calificación, por la ocurrencia de alguna situación administrativa, o por actividad sindical debidamente autorizada, se tomará para todos los efectos legales la última calificación efectuada.
