° La solicitud sobre el reconocimiento y pago del medio sueldo se elevará, por conducto del Jefe de la oficina en que sirva ó haya servido el peticionario, al Ministro del ramo á que corresponda esa oficina, y á dicha solicitud se acompañar en las diligencias comprobatorias á que se refieren los artículos anteriores.
