Los Cónsules deberán rendir mensualmente á la Legación respectiva y; al Ministro de Obras Publicas un informe minucioso de la marcha de la Oficina de Información y de lo que necesite para su ensanche y perfeccionamiento. Los Ministros diplomáticos deberán vigilar porque se cumpla esta obligación y porque la Oficina de su dependencia marche con la regularidad que establece este Decreto.
