Las matrículas expedidas a los Ingenieros Agronómicos, Ingenieros Forestales, lngenieros Agrícolas Agrólogos y Agrónomos por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural y el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, con anterioridad a la vigencia del presente Decreto, conservarán su validez y se presumen auténticas.
