Art. 4.º Estas cuentas serán fenecidas en una sola instancia por las entidades ante quienes deben rendirse de acuerdo con el presente Decreto, y para el juicio de ellas se observará la tramitación que establece el Código Fiscal para las cuentas de los responsables del Erario.
