Para que proceda el reconocimiento del descuento por concepto de donaciones, se requiere una certificación de la entidad donataria, en donde conste la forma y el monto de la donación, así como el cumplimiento de las condiciones señaladas en los artículos anteriores, firmada por Revisor Fiscal o Contador.
