Artículo único. Destínase la suma hasta de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000) para la adquisición de un monumento que se levantará en la ciudad de Guaduas en honor de la heroína de la Independencia Policarpo Salabarrieta.

Dicha suma se considerará incluida en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la actual vigencia.
