Todo vehículo tendrá una cuenta en el Fondo, cuyos recursos podrán ser utilizados por el propietario del vehículo para reponer, renovar o transformar. Los recursos del Fondo estarán a disposición de todos los aportantes para efectos del crédito. Estos recursos no podrán ser embargados bajo ninguna circunstancia.
