Las empresas extranjeras productoras de fuerza que se traslade al territorio colombiano, se someterán, antes de iniciar sus operaciones de traslado, a las formalidades que deben llenar todas las compañías extranjeras que emprendan en negocios permanentes dentro del país, y quedarán sometidas a las leyes colombianas en todo lo relacionado con esa negociación, como si la fuerza fuera producida y movida dentro del territorio nacional.
