De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º de la Ley 7ª de 1944, el "Convenio número 161 sobre los Servicios de Salud en el Trabajo", adoptado por la 71ª reunión de la Conferencia General de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo, Ginebra 1985, que por el artículo 1º de esta ley se aprueba, obligará al país a partir de la fecha en que se perfeccione el vínculo internacional respecto del mismo.
