Artículo quinto. Los auxilios para los Puestos de Salud de Rio de Oro, San Zenón y Barrancas, Departamento del Magdalena, por las sumas de $ 13.000.00, $ 12.090.00 y $ 13.000.00 respectivamente, del Capitulo 62, artículo 652/52-53 y 54, serán giradas por el Ministerio de Higiene al Pagador-Almacenista de la Dirección Departamental de Higiene del Magdalena, con destino al sostenimiento de estos Organismos.
