°. Exceptúase de las prohibiciones señaladas en el artículo 30 del Decreto 948 de 1995, modificado por el Decreto 2107 de 1995, y en el artículo 1° del Decreto 2143 de 1997, las quemas abiertas controladas producto de actividades agrícolas realizadas para el control de los efectos de las heladas.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio del Medio Ambiente establecerá las condiciones técnicas en que deberán realizarse las quemas de que trata el presente artículo con el fin de controlar el riesgo de incendios forestales y las emisiones atmosféricas.
