Las empresas que a la fecha de entrar en vigencia del presente Decreto tengan licencia de funcionamiento para prestar el servicio de transporte en vehículos taxi, tendrán 18 meses para acogerse a esta reglamentación. Igual término tendrán las empresas constituidas de conformidad con el artículo 8° del Decreto número 493 de 1990.
