El Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) ofrecerá programas de formación, dirigidos al fortalecimiento de las capacidades para la promoción del turismo de la zona, con enfoque en guianza turística y gestión de destinos turísticos; estos programas serán ofrecidos en las diferentes modalidades. Asimismo, se promoverá el acompañamiento y fortalecimiento de emprendimientos que tengan enfoque turístico de la zona.
