El Procedimiento para otorgar el derecho de uso del Sello debe atender los principios y definiciones consagrados por el Subsistema Nacional de la Calidad, organizado mediante el Capítulo 7 del Título 1 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1074 de 2015 y las normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan. Las disposiciones de esta reglamentación se entenderán sin perjuIcIo de las competencias de otras entidades en materia de Normalización, Certificación y Metrología, así como de Protección al Consumidor.
