La Oficina de Sistemas, bajo la coordinación de la Secretaría General, prestará las siguientes funciones a las dependencias del Ministerio del Interior

Elaborar el programa integral de sistematización del Ministerio;

Asesorar las dependencias del Ministerio en la modernización adquisición y utilización de equipos de cómputo y prestarles el apoyo en el área de sistemas;

Desarrollar, mantener y actualizar los sistemas de información de las diferentes dependencias;

Reglamentar el acceso, manejo y uso de la información que se procesa en la Oficina;

Las demás funciones que le sean asignadas de acuerdo a la naturaleza de la dependencia. Oficina de Publicaciones
