º. Estructura de la venta. Las acciones de Chivor S. A. ESP se ofrecerán en suscripción por la Nación - Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, obrando en nombre y representación de Isagen S. A. ESP, en su calidad de promotora, conforme a las condiciones y procedimientos aprobados por este Decreto y lo previsto en los artículos 50 y siguientes de la Ley 222 de 1995, con el propósito de que aquélla, si llega a constituirse, adquiera la Central Hidroeléctrica de Chivor según se establece en el artículo 3º del presente Decreto.
