Se reputan como fraudes a la renta de perlas, los siguientes: 1º. Pescar sin patente; 2º. Pescar sin licencia buzos que deban pagar impuesto; 3º. Pescar con arrastras; 4º. Pescar en zona no abierta a la pesca o mientras la pesca esté suspendida; 5º. Exportar o remitir dentro del país perlas que no han pagado el derecho del 20 por 100.
