Si el proyecto de ley sobre el régimen aduanero que se halla al estudio del Congreso no alcanzare a expedirse, la renta de aduanas se administrará y supervigilará por el Director General de Rentas Nacionales, de acuerdo con las normas generales que se dan en la presente Ley para las demás rentas.
