Autorízase al Gobierno para que, a medida que las entradas ordinarias o extraordinarias del Tesoro lo permitan, abra los créditos extraordinarios respectivos para el funcionamiento del Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio y para el cumplimiento de las leyes más importantes relacionadas con el fomento de la agricultura.

Parágrafo

Igualmente queda autorizado el Gobierno para que en cumplimiento de la presente Ley determine el personal del Ministerio y sus asignaciones.
