El que teniendo conocimiento de la comisión de un delito y sin concierto previo, ayudare al delincuente a eludir la acción de la autoridad, o a entorpecer o desviar la investigación correspondiente, incurrirá en arresto de dos meses a dos años. Si se tratare de una contravención se impondrá multa de cinco a doscientos pesos.
