° En las elecciones a que se refiere el artículo anterior podrán sufragar los ciudadanos que tengan cédula de ciudadanía laminada que figure en el censo electoral del lugar donde van a votar y también los que no teniéndola se inscriban previamente ante el Registrador Municipal o su Delegado, mediante la presentación de cualquiera de los documentos indicados en el presente Decreto.
