El Gobierno podrá nombrar los Jueces de Ejecuciones Fiscales que juzgue necesarios para el cobro de créditos a favor de la Nación. Tales Jueces estarán investidos de jurisdicción coactiva y desempeñarán las funciones que les encargue el Contralor General de la República o los Recaudadores.
