LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Articulo 3.º No habrá mas excusas admisibles para dejar de servir a la obra de la extinción de la langosta, que éstas: la de enfermedad propia o de los deudos más allegados, tratándose del servicio personal; y la de absoluta imposibilidad pecuniaria, si se trata de una contribución. Una y otra excusa deben ser comprobadas sumariamente.
