El Gobierno Nacional en un término no mayor a treinta (30) días a partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, establecerá mediante acto administrativo un cronograma de reglamentación e implementación de la presente ley que le permita la construcción de la agenda estratégica para el cumplimiento e implementación de las órdenes contenidas en la presente ley.
