Cuando haya abandono de los deberes de los padres para con los hijos, éstos serán puestos, por orden del Juez y a costa de los padres, en casa o establecimiento competente. El mismo Juez, atendidas las fuerzas patrimoniales de cada uno de los progenitores, reglara la contribución.
