Los constructores (maestros de obra) que con una práctica profesional de cinco (5) años, anterior a la sanción de esta Ley, hayan ejercido con reconocida capacidad y honradez su profesión, tendrán derecho a que el Consejo Profesional, creado por el artículo 60 de la presente Ley, les expida un certificado para que puedan ejercer la profesión de constructores (maestros de obra), y queden exentos del examen.
