En consecuencia, las tierras denunciables que haya en dicha hoya y las que por abandonos de cultivos queden libres de derechos de particulares, no podrán ser de nuevo cultivadas ni apropiadas en forma alguna por los particulares o sociedades de ninguna especie, ni denunciadas o adjudicadas por ningún título.

Parágrafo

Esta cesión se hace sin perjuicio de derechos adquiridos por terceros. y para que ella se estime consumada no hay necesidad de adjudicación. tradición. medida, ni posesión material.
