La autorización previa de constitución tendrá una vigencia improrrogable de seis (6) meses contados a partir de la ejecutoria de la providencia que la concede y deberá protocolizarse con el respectivo instrumento que acredita la constitución de la sociedad. En este término la empresa deberá cumplir todos los requisitos establecidos por este Decreto para la obtención de la licencia de funcionamiento. CAPITULO II Licencia de funcionamiento para las sociedades comerciales destinadas al servicio público de transporte terrestre automotor de pasajeros y mixto por carretera.
