De las excepciones. Las normas de vigilancia y control sobre el patrimonio establecidas en el presente Capítulo, no se aplican a las entidades o instituciones privadas de seguridad social, las de derecho canónico y a las cajas de compensación familiar, ni a las cooperativas y clubes que presten servicios de salud total o parcialmente a sus afiliados. No obstante, las normas científicas y tecnológicas son de obligatoria observancia para la prestación de los Servicios de salud. (Artículo 11 del Decreto 1088 de 1991)
