Cuando el tránsito por vías fluviales haya de hacerse en balsas, champanes ú otra clase de embarcaciones menores, el Gobierno señalará, según su prudente arbitrio, á cada militar, los auxilios de marcha que sean necesarios; ó podrá contratar el transporte en general, cuando la marcha fuere ejecutada por un número considerable de Ejercito. En este último caso, no se concederán auxilios de viaje en particular.
