Desguace de naves, o artefactos navales . El desguace de una nave o artefacto naval será autorizado por la Autoridad Marítima, la que determinará las condiciones y plazo para los trabajos.

Parágrafo

El desguace no se autorizara cuando afecte intereses de acreedores del propietario o armador del buque o artefacto naval, debidamente demostrados.
