ART 163. Si alguno de los que tengan á su cargo los cuños nacionales de las monedas, abusare de ellos para acuñarlas ó para facilitarlos á otros, sufrirá la pena de doce años de presidio, será declarado infame, é inhábil por diez años para obtener destino, cargo ú oficio público.
