Toque de queda. Los gobernadores o alcaldes de acuerdo con sus facultades legales, y acorde con la recomendación del Consejo Departamental o Municipal de Seguridad o de los respectivos Comités Territoriales de orden público, y durante el periodo que se estime conveniente, podrán decretar el toque de queda con el objeto de prevenir posibles alteraciones del orden público.
