ARTICULO 3o. Integración de la Comisión. La Comisión estará integrada por

1.

El Ministro de Comunicaciones, el cual la presidirá, o el Viceministro de Comunicaciones como su delegado.

2.

Dos funcionarios públicos en calidad de representantes del Presidente de la República.

3.

Tres expertos de dedicación exclusiva, designados por el Presidente de la República, para períodos de dos (2) años.
